Who runs this site

winwinfix.com is the website of Winwinfix LLC, a private commercial real estate acquisition firm organized in Florida. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Winwinfix LLC. For anything about your information, email [email protected].

What we collect when you visit

When you open the website or our digital business card, a short summary of the visit is recorded and emailed to us:

  • Approximate location (city, region, country) worked out from your IP address, plus your internet provider and time zone.
  • Your device: phone, tablet or computer, operating system, browser and browser language.
  • How you arrived: the website, app or link that sent you, and the page you landed on.
  • What you did: which parts of the page you scrolled to, whether you opened the email menu or tapped a contact button (such as Call or Save contact), how long you stayed, and whether this is a repeat visit.

We don’t store your IP address itself, and these summaries don’t include your name or contact details. We also keep them in a private statistics dashboard that only we can open, to see how the site is used.

When you email us

The site has no forms. If you write to us, your email and anything you include stay in our inbox so we can reply and follow the conversation. If you choose Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo in the email menu, that service opens with our address filled in, under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

  • To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve it.
  • To know when someone has shown interest so we can be ready to respond.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.

Services involved

A few outside services help run the site. They only receive what they need to do their job:

CloudflareHosts the site, works out the approximate location of a visit, delivers the visit emails and stores the visit statistics.
GoogleGmail receives the emails sent to us. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
ipwho.isMay be asked for the name of your internet provider, based on your IP address.
Email appsGmail, Outlook or Yahoo, only if you choose one in the email menu.

Cookies and storage

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Your browser’s local storage remembers a few small things on your own device: your preferred email app and a visit counter (whether this is your first visit and how many times you’ve come). You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Visit statistics are kept so we can compare activity over time. Emails stay in our inbox for as long as they’re useful for the conversation, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the European Union and the United Kingdom), you may have extra rights, and you can contact your local data protection authority. We don’t sell personal information. To make a request, email us. We’ll answer within 30 days.

[email protected]

Security

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the statistics dashboard is locked behind a login only we can use. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t email passwords, bank details or ID numbers.

Children

This site is for adults doing real estate business. It isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
